Though you built the BEST framed CSB site out there when it was Unitarian Fellowship of Hilton Head Island, I would not recommend you use FRAMES for your website now.
Instead, I highly recomment you consider using a table that adjusts since you are using CSB 5. It has a lovely feature that allows you to build tables in 800x600 and have them stretch to fit larger windows!
Take a look at this page for demos and instructions put together as part of my CSB 5 demo.
Using frames now is a risky business. When we have to move away from CSB to another software, there are NONE that do it as wll as CSB. Most do not include the page content in the master frame and search engines can not read the pages like they can with CSB framed pages.
