Mail Express 2.2 Maintenance Release

05/20/2009: Changes in 2.2

Added stronger support for handling emails in offline mode
Added support for downloading of HTML-based attachments
Improved handling of Outlook zooming feature
Improved support for long file names
Removed requirement for the "allow interact with desktop" setting for the Mail Express Server Service in Windows 2008
