I had a crash and now have a new computer. I have cutesite builder 3.0 and am running windows vista utimate. I have not been able to publise any changes to my web site. I don't even get the offer to do so under my File menue. Any help would be appreciated.

CSB 3 does not work on VISTA. Only versions 4 and 5 do.

Visit samisite.com (CSB support) and send me a message from my contact form so I get your email addy.
If I hear of someone that has a license they want to surrender, I will let you know.
Or if there is any other solutions I can offer, I would do it through email.

We discuss CSB, Trellix and several other website software on samisite.com forum.

CSB was discontinued and is no longer available.

Although CuteSITE Builder is discontinued, it remains protected under copyright laws and the End User License Agreement. There are some people that used CSB that have moved on to other software. They could transfer their registration to you:

"The primary user of a computer for which a license has been purchased may access the Software via a remote technology, and may make and use one copy of the Software on his or her portable computer. You may also make one copy of the Software for back-up or archival purposes. Otherwise, you may not copy the Software in whole or in part. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this license if the recipient agrees to the terms of this license, you destroy any copy of the Software not transferred to the recipient, and, if the Software was licensed to you at a reduced price as an upgrade from a previous version, you destroy any copy of any previous version that is not transferred to the recipient. If you purchased the Software on a multi-user basis, you may permanently transfer your rights to one person only, but that person may use the Software on that number of computers for which you purchased a license."

I have a new computer and had my hard disk contents transferred to a smart drive and this included CuteSite Builder 4.0 and all the files including my tlx files. Problem is when I open CuteSite Builder and try to open my webpages I get a "Failed to Open Document" dialog box. I'm running XP Pro. How do I get to open my sites now?

Make sure your TLX design files are on your computer, in your my docs area.

If you MOVED/COPIED the program files for CSB, that will not get the program to work.
You need to actually INSTALL the program on your computer.
Go to the SUPPORT link above and go to the CSB page.
Download the install file for CSB 4. DO NOT get any other version.
Install it. Will be a 30 day trial.
Put in your serial number to unlock the program permanently.

I wish to purchase a license for CSB 4 or 5 if anyone is willing to transfer.
