-- I just bought windows 7-- and can't open my Trellix program-- all of my previous hard drive was moved over over to 7-- .. Is there any way I can access the program to make changes and publish.

No. Trellix web and CSB 3 do not work on Vista and probably do not work on Win 7 either. CSB 4 and 5 do.
