CuteSITE Builder 5.0 is here!

CuteSITE Builder 5.0 is a fact.
GlobalSCAPE has set up a tour of the CSB 5 product here.
- This product is the latest in the long line of site builder products that began with Trellix Web and continued by GlobalSCAPE as CuteSITE Builder (CSB).
- It is the only program that can open tlx design files and carry forward the Trellix line!
- It provides FAR more options than Trellix, while retaining the overall feel and use of the program.
On a personal note:
If you have not moved to CSB yet, I recommend you STRONGLY CONSIDER IT.

Then follow some guidelines for upgrading from Trellix.

CSB5 offers:
- Slight Menu Changes
- New Templates and variations
- Graphical button builder - sweet new addition
- Edge line publishes (no longer just a design window feature)
- Link Colors are more versatile - lots of new choices here!
- New Form fields and color very basic form with a few new options
- Tables Expand to fit the window resolution size using %, but still allow the user to define pixels (fixed size if that's the preference).
- Clip Art images in usable clean ICON STYLE graphics available in colors to coordinate with new templates and in small and large versions.
- Color Palette is reordered and has new interface options
- Page Properties interface changes
- Web Page naming (File Name) is faster and more obvious
- HTML insertion into HEAD and other places
- Password protected page that works within a subdirectory
- Flash insertion has interface, options
- Photo Sequence Wizard now makes Thumbnails
- Some bug fixes for known issues....
In addition to the new CSB 5 features, you would also get to take advantage of these things implemented in CSB3 and CSB4:
- The web host setup page allows enable/disable Passive FTP, and change the fault FTP port number, new wizard for new hosts.
- Build Your Own Web Gem (BYOWG) has been renamed Insert Your Own HTML, third party gems are gone.
- Can publish to a local directory on your own machine (some versions of Trellix did not offer this option.
- Publishing options offers choice to load the tlx design file to your website for backup.
- Pages can be published as htm, php, asp, shtml, etc- FORMS - Define your own custom fields- Url style links offer choice of TARGET (new window, etc)
- Rollover link colors- PAGE LAYOUT - Insertion of code using Insert HTML
